SHIPPING
Shipping, for shoes is $10 - $14 per pair within the United States (overseas shipping rates start at
$23 and up.) Most items found on essentialsoles.com are shipped using the United States Postal Service and traceable via a tracking number provided when order is shipped.
It takes about 1 – 2 weeks for your item(s) to arrive. Tracking numbers will be emailed to each customer when order(s) have been shipped ONLY if an email address has been provided.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider shipping or transit time offered to you by any other party as an estimate only. We encourage placing order(s) in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product unavailability.
GENERAL INFORMATON
All shoes come 100% brand New in Dead stock condition. Other items come brand new with tags.
Please note: Some models may run small or a bit large so we recommend knowing your size in that particular brand and ordering accordingly.
All Shoes are in Men US sizes unless otherwise stated as Kids or Women’s.
Essentialsoles.com has ABSOLUTELY NO affiliation or business relationship with any of the companies listed on our website. We purchase our products from various local and international suppliers and usually can sell items for less than retail. Some items are rare and are of limited quantities. We do not guarantee that every item on our website is in stock. Some items are very popular and sell out quickly. We try very hard to get customers exactly what they want and are constantly updating our styles and quantities.
Returns
You can return your item if it is defective, the wrong size or if an incorrect item was shipped. Make sure shoes/items are not worn, or missing any accessories. You
must contact the manager at carlton@essentialsoles.com within 5 days of receiving the item so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item. You have 14 days from the day you received your item to return it and receive money back, after that you can only receive store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded. No exceptions.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer) and “I would rather have a different shoe”.
Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact the manger at: carlton@essentialsoles.com and we will look into it.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Personal Checks and the following debits/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure shopping cart. Personal Checks MUST clear before order(s) can ship. This process can sometimes take 10 business days. There is no surcharge for using credit cards to make purchases at essentialsoles.com. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number listed in a credit card statement or on file with the bank provider). CVV2 (3 digit numbers on back of credit card will also need to match debit/credit card. Incorrect information will cause order(s) NOT to be processed. Debit/Credit cards will be billed at the time order is placed.
Essentialsoles.com accepts Personal Checks and Cashier’s Checks in US dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt and clearing of a Personal Check or Cashier’s Check. WE DO NOT accept company checks.

Our credit card terminal will Authorize, Not Charge, Credit Card orders OVER $500. Our staff will contact the customer by Phone to verify the transaction with a couple of questions. If they cannot get in touch with you within 3 business days, your order will be refunded.

We recommend that you avoid selecting sold out items. We cannot guarantee if the sold out item(s) will once again be carried by essentialsoles.com.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on multiple shipment orders.
